How to request it

If you need a signed DPA for your organization, request it by email, indicating the contracting entity, country, contact details, and whether you need standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

Typical scope

• Subject matter: provision of the Orbitali platform, agents, calls, webhooks, support, security, and observability.
• Duration: as long as a contractual relationship exists and during the applicable retention periods.
• Categories: account, configuration, usage, call, transcript, document, support, and billing data according to the service used.
• Measures: access control, encryption or hashing where appropriate, environment segregation, operational logs, and subprocessor management.
