- Extra minutes are charged automatically at your plan's rate and added to the end-of-cycle invoice. There are no service cutoffs.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- No. The minute allowance renews every month and unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 5 free trial minutes to validate the platform before picking a plan. They expire after 7 days and require no card.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; the change is prorated on your next billing cycle.
